Ethical Procurement Policy

Purple Mustard is committed to operating to the highest legal, ethical and corporate responsibility standards.

Purple Mustard’s policy is to seek to purchase raw materials, goods and services that:

1
Do not cause harm to people or the environment.
2
Comply in every aspect to legislation concerning employment and the environment in the location concerned.
3
Are produced and delivered under conditions that do not involve the intimidation, abuse or exploitation of other people.
4
Are fair value for the price and quality.
5
Meet applicable government, industry and Purple Mustard safety, environment and quality standards.

Such consideration will provide the basis of the evaluation and selection criteria for raw materials, goods and services purchased by Purple Mustard.

Purple Mustard will seek alternative suppliers where there is a demonstrable violation of this policy or other applicable local policies and where there is no effort by the supplier to address the situation within an agreed time period.
