What is Dye Sublimation Printing

Dye-sublimation is a relatively simple, yet highly effective process of professionally and permanently applying a photographic quality image, brand or logo into the surface of a vast range of substrates; creating very high quality saleable products.

With dye-sublimation, the image is dyed directly into the surface of the product. Thus providing photographic quality imagery that does not peel or fade.

Please can you tell me what the delivery times are

If you require bespoke custom sizes, shapes, colours or designs our typical lead time is 10 - 14 days from receipt of order and artwork approval. Our Customer Services team will confirm a delivery schedule at the time of order.

Can you send me a price list

As most of our products are bespoke, prices can vary depending on the project, based on size, materials, set-up, colour, quantity, etc. We will be able to give you a quote after evaluating the project specifications.

Can I have my own design put onto a product

Yes, all of our products can be printed with your bespoke design.

Are there any design limitations

None. We use the most advanced production process that takes a photographic quality image or high resolution artwork and transfer this to any of the products we offer. To achieve high resolution we rely on using images of a minimum 300dpi.

Do you do custom shaped and sized products

Of course! We can produce your logo on almost every product we manufacture. Please see our detailed Artwork Guidelines for full details.

What can I do if I don't have the original art for my logo

We have a full-service, in-house design team that will be able to recreate your logo based on an example that you provide us. There will be an extra fee depending on the complexity of the artwork.

You have a range of sizes for products but I need a custom size and shape

Many of the products we manufacture are bespoke custom made and available in many shapes and sizes. Special shapes and sizes can be accommodated although a tooling surcharge may be applicable. Will I see a proof before my job is printed

Yes, you will receive a low-resolution colour PDF proof that you will be able to proofread and request changes, if needed. You may also request a printed proof for a small additional charge.

Could you match our corporate brands specific pantones

Yes. Although we use CMYK process we recognise that some businesses need specific pantone colours. All we need from you are the pantone references. In most cases we will send you a sample for your approval prior to production. Pantone colours do incur a surcharge which will be advised at the time of your enquiry.

Do I need a specialist to install my product

Most products are very easily installed and do not require a specialist. However, we do manufacture a number of products that require specialist installation. In this case, this will be advised at the point of order by our Sales or Customer Service staff.

How can I set up an account with Purple Mustard

Setting up an account is straight forward. Please ask our Customer Service Team for a Credit Account Application Form, fill it in and return it and we will do the rest.

Please note all first orders are dealt with on a Pro Forma basis.

Can I return a product that I purchased from you

If your product is faulty we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please inform us of the problem within 48 hours of receipt. For all other Terms & Conditions of Supply please refer our Web Site Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns that have not been agreed in writing.

I need to cancel my order - how do I do that
